Non Slam check valve is used in gas and liquid duty. It can prevent the pressure waves which is caused by the slamming of a disk and flapper during reverse flow.
The Non-slam check valve can be equipped with a counterweight and may have an optional hydraulic damper cylinder
with an unidirectional oil flow metering valve.
