Gate valves are an essential component of any piping system, designed to control the flow of working media by either fully opening or closing the valve. Our gate valves are suitable for use with water, non-corrosive liquids, steam, air, gases of group 1 and 2, petroleum and petroleum products, as long as the service fluids do not contain rough impurities.
Our gate valves are equipped with a flexible wedge and rising stem, making them easy to operate and providing bi-directional sealing capabilities. The body and bonnet gate valves are made of castings and are connected by a flanged joint, ensuring durability and a long service life. The seat rings are welded into the body, and the seating surfaces of the seats and wedge are made in compliance with API 600 standards.
Please note that while our gate valves can be used for regulating or throttling purposes, the manufacturer does not guarantee tightness in these scenarios. For regulation, we recommend using our special control gate valves type S33.C.
Our gate valves are available with flanged or welded ends, with connection dimensions complying with EN 1092-1 or GOST, face-to-face dimensions complying with EN 558 Series 14, 15, and 26 or GOST, and welded ends complying with EN 12627 standards. They can be operated manually using a handwheel or a manual bevel gear, or with an electric actuator or bare stem ready for connection to an actuator. The standard connecting dimensions for manual gear or electric actuators meet the requirements of ISO 5210.
We offer a range of accessories for our gate valves, including drain valves, air-vent valves, by-pass valves, stands for remote control (including chains and chain wheels), vent plugs, and gland packing "live loading." Our gate valves are tested with water for shell strength, shell tightness, seat tightness, and operability, in accordance with EN 12266 standards.
When installing gate valves equipped with an electric or pneumatic actuator, it is essential to follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully. Our gate valves are suitable for installation in either a vertical or horizontal position.
