Among the key components of an Irrigation Pumping Station network, Strainers play a very important role. You can install multiple type Strainers to protect system appliances, such as Pumps, Flowmeters, Control valves, Or other regulating devices.

What are the key functions of a Strainer? They are used to remove foreign particles like leaves, sticks or stones from the Irrigation pipelines. The Foreign particles that are present in the water can harm crucial equipment in the Irrigation system. When a Strainer is used, these foreign particles are stuck in the filter of the strainer, which may be easily cleaned at the right time.

In cases where the differential pressure reading is high, the blow-off port can clear the entrapped debris settled at the bottom of the system. We have multiple types of Strainers which have bigger capacities when compared to other strainer types. We have a complete range in Irrigation Pumping Station Strainers including the flanged ‘Y’ type strainers which may be generally used for in-line filtration between two counter-flanges. Our strainers are generally made by cast matters; however other types of Strainers may be provided as well.

Our Strainers are available in multiple sizes, and they have multiple class ratings. How impurities enter into Irrigation network? – These pipe network impurities include debris, leaves, straws, and other matters that enter the pipes when the pump is running. With time, Scales and rust matters may get deposited on the pipe walls, under water flow they may get dislodged and subsequently flushed around in the pipe with flowing water. To protect water networks, Strainers are placed before water meters and control valves, to prevent impurities from harming this precious equipment. We are a reliable name for providing Landscaping and Irrigation products in the Middle East and the GCC area. Contact us today for good quality Strainers in this area.

Applications –

  • Removal of sand, rock, grit and other inorganic contaminants to protect drip and micro-irrigation systems with fine mesh filtration down to 200 mesh or 75 microns
  • 80 psi standard operating pressure (high-pressure systems available)
  • Flow ranges from 110 GPM
  • Can be used as a primary filter in specific applications
  • Can be used as a secondary filter to a sand media filter, centrifugal separator or another primary filtration system

What are the advantages of our Strainers?

We provide strong, rugged, field-changeable, washable, and replaceable polypropylene filters which are available in multiple sizes. These filters have easy-entry lid closure, and they are available in welded carbon steel. These features make our Strainers better than others.
