The Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) gets its new headquarters at the smartest, tallest and largest government Zero Energy building in the world - Al Sheraa.
The building is situated in Al Jadaf, Dubai and has a built-up area over 2 million square feet. The total energy that shall be used in the building during one year will be equal to or less than the on-site energy generated that year.
The building also features an auditorium, jogging track, library and a nursery. This innovative building targets to become a Zero Energy Building.
Dutco Tennant LLC will enhance the efficiency of this building as it’ll supply Pressure Reducing Valves including Direct Acting Type for Threaded valves and Automatic Control Type for Flanged valves.
