
We supply IPS Flanged Butterfly Valve which has been designed with tilted and fixated disc for extended service life and is easy to operate. The disc seal is made up of drinking water approved EPDM rubber which features an amazing compression set and is able to regain its original shape. High durability is ensured by the DVGW/WRAS approved epoxy coating and fully encapsulated shaft/disc connection. These valves are suitable for bi-directional applications.

Features
- The tilted disc can release the compression of the disc sealing after a few degrees of opening that extend durability
- Gives low operating torques
- The disc is fixed to the shaft for preventing fluttering and wear
- Low closing torques are ensured by the disc seal profile and rubber quality
- All of the rubber parts are multi approved
- The threaded bolt holes in the disc are corrosion protected with O-rings
- Machined and epoxy coated ductile iron seat is integrated into the body
- The shaft of stainless steel with self-lubricating bearings
- The ends of the shaft are completely encapsulated in the disc and are fixed with dowels corrosion protected with O-rings and a stainless-steel security plate.
