Flange Adaptors are designed to join pipes of various outside diameters with flanged equipment of various drilling tables. Because of the wide range of tolerance on OD, a Flange adapter can connect steel, ductile iron, cast iron, UPVC, asbestos cement, and other rigid pipeline accessories.
Molded, circumferentially ribbed or specially profiled potable water gaskets, generally in EPDM or NBR materials, provide for smooth installation by minimizing contact friction. Flange Adapter gaskets are designed to provide a leak-tight seal across the O.D range per nominal size and still allow for thermal expansion and contraction of the pipe up to 5mm per gasket, facilitated through gasket deformation.

Dutco Tennant LLC offers a wide range of flange adaptors. These adaptors come with interchangeable end rings and gasket. Flange adaptors enable a quick and reliable connection between plain end pipes to flanged sluice valves, flanged air valves, and other flanged ancillary products. This adaptor saves time in installation and is far superior in function to current methods used to secure pipe to flanged valves. Our products are designed to handle a water test pressure of PN16 which is more than sufficient for most applications.
