TorrSeal epoxy resin is a vacuum sealant that quickly seals leaks on any vacuum system or component. Apiezon and our vacuum grease are both silicon free and can be used in high and ultra high vacuum applications due to their low vapor pressure.

TorrSeal epoxy resin is a vacuum sealant that quickly seals leaks on any vacuum system or component. TorrSeal is solvent free and can be used at pressures of E-9 Torr and below, and at temperatures from -45 to 120 °C (bakeable temperature). Additionally, it permits leak checking immediately after curing and bonds with many materials including metal, ceramics, and glass.

Apiezon L is a silicone and halogen-free vacuum grease that has a vapor pressure from E-11 Torr at 20 °C to E-3 Torr at 300 °C and a melting point of <50 °C. Agilent vacuum grease is a non-silicon grease and has a vapor pressure in the E-6 Torr range.

Fel-Pro heavy duty anti-seize is a high-temperature, anti-galling lubricant designed for screw threads and other mated components of all types, useful in temperature ranges of 70 to 1315 °C.
