Agilent's full range of vacuum components provides everything you need for your vacuum systems. Choose from our full range of flanges and fittings, including ConFlat, ISO, and Clamp options.

Designed in accordance with ISO standards, the Agilent KF flange can be used in a variety of applications from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum. The KF flange is manufactured from 304 stainless steel, has a leak rate less than 1 x 10-9 std cc/sec, and can be baked to 150 °C when using a Viton O-Ring.

The Agilent KF clamp fittings are manufactured from 304 stainless steel, with a leak rate less 1 x 10-9 std cc/sec, and are bakeable to 150 °C with a Viton O-ring. With the easy-release clamping design, these fittings offer a quick and simple solution to vacuum system design and assembly.

We offer adapters to other flange sizes and types so you can use the easy-clamping design in any part of your vacuum system.

Agilent ConFlat flanges have set the industry standard for vacuum flange performance. Agilent utilizes unique manufacturing processes and techniques to ensure leak-free performance in ConFlat flanges. Our rotatable and non-rotatable flanges are manufactured from type 304 ESR or 304L stainless steel.

ESR stainless steel is manufactured using a process known as electro slag remelting. This process is a further refinement of the stainless steel and results in higher purity, fewer inclusions, a more uniform grain structure, and generally improved properties.

Agilent ConFlat flange vacuum fittings offer the same vacuum performance as our ConFlat flange. These fittings offer high reliability and performance for your application. Our offerings include nipples, elbows, tees, crosses, flexible couplings, adapters, and more.

Agilent ISO vacuum flanges are designed for applications requiring frequent disassembly and where tubing requirements generally exceed 2 in OD. All ISO flanges listed are made of 304L stainless steel. These flanges can be used in a variety of applications from atmospheric pressure to 10-8 Torr and can sustain a bakeout temperature of 150 °C when using Viton O-rings.

Agilent offers both rotary motion feedthroughs with a vacuum range from atmosphere to 10-11 Torr as well as high voltage conduction feedthroughs with a voltage rating of 12 kV F/T Fischer below 10-4 Torr/mbar.
