Gauge Controllers

Agilent's range of expert vacuum measurement equipment contains everything you need for precise vacuum analysis applications from ATM to UHV/XHV. Choose from gauge controllers that can handle 1–12 gauges, with standalone and portable options.

The XGS-600 gauge controller allows for simultaneous or independent operation of up to 12 gauges and can display readings for up to 8 gauges at any time. Standard features include 8 collector set points and 8 contact relays. All settings are stored in flash memory, so you do not have to spend time reprogramming after a power outage.

The XGS-600 gauge controller can operate convection gauges, hot filament ion gauges, cold cathode gauges, and all Agilent active gauges. Up to six cards can be installed in the XGS-600 controller, in almost any combination to suit your application.

AGC-100 is a single channel controller compatible with the FRG-7xx, PVG-5xx, PCG-75x, and CDG-500 series of active gauges and automatically identifies the active gauge connected. This gauge controller has both USB and ethernet ports. AGD-100 is a single channel display option for the FRG-700/702, PVG-5xx, and PCG-75x series of active gauges.

Both units have user selectable measurement unit (mbar, Torr, Pascal), and adjustable setpoint control. Both units can also display readings from almost any competitor's Pirani and cold cathode gauges.

The portable, handheld, and rugged HGC-536 gauge controller displays vacuum readings in either numbers or easy-to-read graphs. It is a perfect tool for on-the-go field use and is equipped with a long cable (7-feet). The Bluetooth capabilities allow for pressure readings viewed on a smartphone using the app.

Agilent’s rough vacuum gauge controller is a cost-effective solution for pressure measurement in the 1 x 10-3 to 760 Torr (1.013 x 10-3 to 1013 mbar) range. The RGC-100 package includes the Thermocouple gauge tube, sensor cable, and power supply.
