While I must thank many people, my family comes; first; DT/BCL is my family. The parental care in this family I have got from Ian continues with Russell, after maatha, pithaa, the Gurukul of CVN, where every day and every event are learning.

I consider myself very fortunate to have had my childhood days in DT/BCL with brothers Ravi (Sun), in the day and with Chandra (Moon) in the evenings. The reverse mentoring with Ramesh is a space that I can have only with him in my life. David gave me the first leadership opportunity through a project by willing to be my colleague, Thirumalai Kumar; Shantanu's onboarding took this to the next level. If your friend is a finance man, if he is Sandeep, your number game can continue to be your weakness. My companions Asha, the first tutor of word/, excel to me, Pawan, my stress buster at the office, Ranjith, who adores me, Sunila, who seamlessly serves the admin needs, Shyam Kumar my spiritual associate, Murali Mohan who surveyed my strengths, all have excellent attention towards me. Ebey, Wadekar, Mujeeb's alignment to the vision we created has so much to offer. I have from my school days never been No. 1, and Nizam recently gave me that experience on how to become scientifically ‘one’. In Vijay Kumar of our IT, I have in someone who never says ‘No’.

DT/BCL

I also thank every other colleague, counterpart, friend, partner, stakeholder, and associates; you all mean a lot.

I am looking forward: to a new partnership with Sarangan, Raju's well wishes that are crystal clear as water, Aravind's people development skill benchmarks to keep the fire, Jacob's smiling and musical acceptance, Murtaza's digital transformation initiatives, Santhosh's humane uniqueness.

While on this, I recall my first day in UAE, March 9, 1997, a drizzling evening, DSF picking the momentum, it was late C P Philip who met me at the airport, Late Ms Lanka handed over the first cash salary weeks later, late Dilshad joined along with me on the same month of 1997,

Finally, my family connection, BalaSubramanian N R & Sreedar, my universal boss Venugopal Shetty and Mushtaq Bhai, was instrumental in allowing me to evolve.

The journey begun on an year with DSF around for just its second time, around the vicinity of Deira creek, it was a blessing to be in this wonderful city, and it’s a coincidence that the enriching of solutions started there traveling till the EXPO. Now it’s all about building our museum for the future.

I am incredibly grateful to you DT/BCL the People First place and for giving me space as my journey continues.

With lots of Love
