Job description

Dutco is looking for a talented and accomplished Auto CAD Draftsman who is capable of independently planning and completing water and wastewater PID, Layout, sectional drawings, civil drawings, foundation drawings for Various Water Treatment projects.

Should be able to cater piping drawings, cable routing drawings, as built drawing, on time.

Should have hands on experience in designing the pipe sizes for pumps, blowers, tank design, valve design, and should be capable to attend meetings with clients and consultants, should be capable to explain Various Drawing related queries to customers & Consultants.

Should have good communication skills and should be capable to demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge.

As an Auto CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for making detailed shop drawing and elevation drawings and BOM/BOQ

• Roles and Responsibilities

The typical draft/design work that the candidate will be required to do are bar screens, sluice gates, Aeration tanks, clarifiers, piping manifolds, pump stations and containerized

Package plants for water and wastewater treatment, reverse osmosis units, Ultra filtration systems, skid drawings.  Relevantexperience in the water and wastewater treatment projects is must.

The ideal person for the position should be able to work diligently, punctually and be a good team player

• Duties
• To work closely with design development teams
• Rendering of 2D as well as 3D models for presentations
• Managing multiple projects at a time bound manner
• Working with project engineers, proposal engineer on a variety of different projects.
• As a draftsman, you will be required to understand the scope of work for project and visit the sites for surveying.
• To carry out detailed drafting work including translating conceptual designs into detailed engineering and manufacturing drawings
• Draw up equipment and item lists for respective projects
• Must have good communication skills.
• Minimum 4-5 years of design experience in water and waste water treatment systems is must
• Experience working on Autocad 2D,3D and auto plant drawing packages
• Knowledge of welding, machining, manufacturing, laser cutting and site installations
