Floor Drains/ Roof Drains
15” diameter roof drain, epoxy coated cast iron body with combination membrane flashing clamp/gravel guard and low profile poly dome. Used on any type of flat roof. Low profile dome prevents debris from entering the drain line. The anchor flange and membrane clamp provide a secure grip of membrane and roof flashing materials.
8” diameter roof drain, coated cast iron body with combination membrane flashing clamp/gravel guard, aluminum dome and internal water dam. Used on any type of flat roofs and gutters. Aluminum dome prevents debris from entering the drain line. The anchor flange and membrane clamp provide a secure grip of membrane and roof flashing materials.
Coated cast iron floor drain with anchor flange, weep holes, clamping collar, adjustable round nickel bronze top with vandal-resistant secured grate, 1/2” NPT trap primer (plugged) and bottom outlet. General purpose floor drain for use in kitchens, showers, restrooms and other finished areas with foot traffic.
Series Adjustable Floor Cleanout with heavy duty Ductile Iron vandal proof cover and plastic NPT gas tight plug. Suitable for finished and unfinished floors to access plumbing lines for servicing. Regularly furnished with heavy duty Ductile Iron cover and optional Anchor Flange Flashing Clamp, Nickel and Stainless Steel veneers allows for use in any area.
