Job description

Will be responsible to manage and promote the sales and long-term specification of Electrical products and Solutions.

The primary focus will be establishing and maintaining a strong customer base forMV/HV/EHV in Distribution, Transmission& Generation segment.

Responsibilities

1. Propose a sales budget for the financial year based on the market share, products and services that can be offered.
2. Achieve and exceed agreed sales budgets and margin targets year on year within given timeframes.
3. Business development – understanding of the UAE market requirements and market research for Electrical Products & Solutions.
4. Research, investigate and identify any potential new business opportunity in relation to existing and new product opportunity.
5. Plan, organize and participate sales team meetings or conferences, presentations and customer training to support business activity.
6. Reports on progress toward sales plans.
7. Develop a team of sales professionals to build and grow the business.
8. Reports on a regular basis progress toward sales plans objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

1. At least five (5) years sales experience, in UAE for Electrical products & Solutions.
2. Strong track record with delivering growth in both sales and profitability.
3. Having good relationships with ADWEA –(TRANSCO, ADDC, AADC).
4. Have dealt with leading Transmission line & Substation EPC Contractors.
5. Strong problem solving ability, good negotiation and closing skills to drive sales.
6. Strong market analysis capabilities. Able to understand market drivers, uncover customer needs, and estimate financial opportunity.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Having UAE driving license.

Education:

Bachelor`s Degree in Electrical Engineering
