Key Account Manager/SBU Manager –Potable Water Works

Water & Waste Water products   KSA

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve and exceed agreed sales and margin targets within given timeframes.
  2. Business development – understanding and constant tracking of the KSA key market requirements, Projects, and Tenders of Potable Water Segments.
  3. Understand and familiarization of Prequalification procedures with End Users/EPC contractors.
  4. Identify new products and potential vendors to include in product portfolio to enhance project package supply.
  5. Identify and ensure efficient marketing activities, value proposition to end user, consultants, contractors, and prospective customers.
  6. Leading and assisting with Customer visits and meetings, information gathering, tender submissions and follow-up meetings to secure orders.
  7. Prepare and deliver technical presentations of products.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable standards.
  9. Plan, organize and participate in sales team meetings or conferences, presentations, and customer training to support business activity.
  10. Update on a regular basis information about competitor activity and changes in market requirements.
  11. Reports on a regular basis progress toward sales plans objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Associated Courses with minimum 4-5years (frontline sales) of experience inEPC Sales,based in GCC region (preferably in KSA)
  2. Good knowledge of Potable water Industry and Products
  3. Should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets based on Sales Budgetsin both sales and profitability.
  4. Strong connection with end user, consultant, contractor, and potential customers.
  5. Technical as well as Sales aptitude and Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with all levels of engineering and construction personnel.
  6. Ability to work in an independent manner in planning activities, making decisions and supporting customers.
  7. Well versed with, Sales Force, ERP and MS office skills.
  8. Strong market analysis capabilities. Able to understand market drivers, uncover customer needs and estimate financial opportunity.
  9. KSA resident with transferable visa preferred. Open to candidates withinother GCC region.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  11. GCC driving license mandatory
  12. Age: Below 40 years.
