Broken idler rolls or jagged chunks of stone, coal, salt, and other materials can take a heavy toll on a conveyor system. If jagged-edged materials catch on the conveyer’s support structure, slits and tears can happen on the belt which may cause the system to be shut down and call for the repair of the belt.

It is critical to avoid the lengthy downtime and expensive repairs which are conventionally associated with returning conveyers to service after surprise belt rips. There are repair methods that can temporarily preserve the integrity of the damaged belt and get it back in operation with the minimal downtime regardless of whether the trouble is minor or major - a lengthwise rip, a small puncture, a soft spot or even a hole.

We are involved in offering a wide range of Conveyor Care and Rubber Components that includes scrappers, pads, tracking system, skirt sealing, splicing, and slurry handling tools, repairs kits, dust suppression, and vulcanizing press. Our range of Conveyor Care Products is widely appreciated by our clients for their high quality and efficient performance.

Our ELI Flex Paste provides a simple, efficient and cost-effective solution for a damaged or torn conveyer belt. It delivers a high-quality bond to the conveyer belt surface and is fast curing. It is suitable for repairs to fabric, steel cord, and PVC conveyor belts, including repairing tears, spot/punctures, holes, skirt damage, edge damage, splice damage and protecting mechanical fasteners.

We also have pulley lagging which helps to wipe out slippage and increase belt traction. Our pulley lagging products are precision molded and constructed of abrasion-resistant ceramic to control slippage. Ceramic, Drive and Non-Drive Rubber conveyor pulley lagging eliminates slippage and increases conveyer belt traction.

Two pieces of a conveyer belt can be joined together by belt splicing which is usually done to elongate the original conveyer belt or to repair a torn or damaged conveyer belt. Because there are so many industries in which conveyer systems are employed, there are many types of conveyer belts and components. In order to correctly splice a belt, the type of belt, speed of conveyer belt system, materials travelling on the belt and conveyer belt environment must be taken into account.
